I got lucky this morning. I had recorded some “Bad Husband” programs for when I was bored. I got bored this morning and watched on called “Brutal Revenge” and there was our Ann. Its about Blackthorn from “Every Breath You Take”. Cool.
I have tried dozens of love spells and had no success. I was online and came across Dr okosodo Spells. I was having an issue with my partner we have both been separated for 2 months. I thought I would try one more time. I was told that my case would be done in so little time. I must admit I was a bit skeptical with my past experiencs and all. However 2 days later here I am back together with my partner and we are doing better then ever. If it was not for john Walton I do not know how I would be able to cope with life any longer. Went on a trip in Sept. Was out Ann’s part of the country. Visited Portland and Seattle. Was gone eleven days. Had a good time. Good to be home. Beverly I am on facebook. Will post on there also.

Does anyone know of the status of Ann’s lawsuit against Liysa Northon? Liysa will be released from prison one week from today.
I posted on Facebook that Ann prevailed. Her legal expenses will be paid and Liysa nor her boyfriend have a right to sue Ann.

Vancouver Nan…I am not sure I understand? I guess I should have said does anybody know if Ann sued Rick Swart. There is an article in the Portland Tribune yesterday that says that Ann has not yet sued Rick Swart for libel for his awful story in the Seattle Weekly last year. It said she has till next July to sue. I encourage anyone who read “Heart Full of Lies” to read this article about Liysa and Rick’s “second chapter” of life. Kinda makes you wanna gag.

Thank You ladies for your concern. I really miss my hubby. We were best friends. My life has changed alot, but I am trying to make the best of it. I recently started going to a grief support group,and it has helped a lot.

I am trying very hard to use Facebook. I don’t think I am doing something right. Of course I am wanting it to read like this site.
I have been gone for a few months. After losing my husband, I realized I couldn’t keep up with the 40 acres in the country, so I did a lot of work to our house in town, and moved back. I hope i never have to do anything like this again. I still have a garage , and trailer full of things to unpack. I really need to take care of things in the garage before it rains. I would like to get at least one of my cars in there.
I hope all are doing good. I have missed everything in the last few months.

Have you ever looked into this case? I only knew the couple from attending a party one time at their home but have friends who knew them well. Along with these friends I attended almost all the trial. and was present at a get-together with attorneys the night before the verdict. The trial had everything – the very large and what could be called ugly defendent, the very attractive and well-liked “cookie-baking-mom” wife (who, I believe, met husband #2 when he was an Air Force doctor and she was his married pregnant patient in Calif), two very young and new attorneys for the girls and a well-known attorney Plato Cacheris and the “silver fox” for the doctor. My speculation is that Susan was going to file for divorce and David was afraid she would get the son – their only child together. Not sure but think David was half French and half mid-Eastern – Irani or Iraqi – which might explain the necessity of keeping his son. My other speculation is that the jury was confused and from the testimonies believed they were trying a criminal case where David had to be judged guity beyond a reasonable doubt. Anyway, it has always fascinated me and I, along with some Fairfax County detectives, believe he, like Ron Reynolds, got away with murder.

Family Charges Doctor in Civil Suit With Wife’s Death

FAIRFAX, VA. FAIRFAX, Va. (AP) _ No one was charged after the nude body of a prominent Northern Virginia gynecologist’s wife was found strangled and wrapped in blankets in the back of the family station wagon at Dulles International Airport 22 months ago.
But Dr. David K. Davoudlarian, the victim’s husband, is fighting to prove his innocence in an unusual trial resulting from the killing.
His stepdaughters have accused him of murdering their 40-year-old mother, Susan Davoudlarian, on June 12, 1983, and are seeking $10 million from him in a civil suit entering its third week of testimony in this Washington, D.C. suburb.
The Fairfax County Circuit Court action has brought titillating tales of a wife’s extramarital affairs and her husband’s temper.
Even if the jury finds that Davoudlarian, 49, is responsible for the death, it cannot send him to prison.
Despite an extensive investigation, which included interviewing every cab driver at Dulles airport after the killing, no weapon was discovered, the site of the death could not be determined, and no witnesses to the strangulation or the arrival of the car at the parking lot could be found.
The stepdaughters’ suit was possible because civil courts require only that ”a preponderance of evidence” support the accusations.
Prosecutors and attorneys say that for this reason, enough evidence may exist to ”prove” the civil case, even though neither police nor the FBI had enough information to bring charges against anyone in the case.
A second suit, filed by the administrator of Mrs. Davoudlarian’s estate, seeks to block her husband from collecting on $440,000 in life insurance and inheriting $250,000 in property. It will be tried later.
To a standing-room-only courtroom, Davoudlarian’s attornery, Jack Rhoades, told the jury on the opening day of trial two weeks ago that the murder victim was ”deceitful” and ”a promiscuous woman” who, because of her affairs, ”had entered into a life style that was destined to bring her into harm’s way.”
Susan S. Rooney, 20, who brought the suit with her sister Claire E. Rooney, 19, testified later that her mother wanted to leave Davoudlarian but was ”afraid he might do something” to her.
A friend of the dead woman testified that Mrs. Davoudlarian spoke of herself as a ”nymphomaniac” who found her husband repulsive.
”She told me she was very unhappily married,” said Alice Marion, who added that the victim called herself a ”free spirit” and her husband a ”regimentarian.”
Two former friends of Mrs. Davoudlarian testified about problems in the woman’s marriage.
”She told me she asked him for a divorce and he ignored her,” said David Finkel, a stockbroker who said he was ”good friends” with Mrs. Davoudlarian and had sex with her only twice in the their 28-month relationship.
Edward E. Phillipy, vice president of Holiday Inns Inc., of Memphis, Tenn., said he met nine times with Mrs. Davoudlarian who told him her husband ”did not trust her, that he was a very possessive-type person.”
The boyfriend of one of the daughters, Brian Bergquist, 20, said that hours after reporting his wife missing, Davoudlarian had friends over for a crab dinner and did not mention the disappearance.
In pretrial depositions, Davoudlarian said he and his wife ”got along well. I was happy. She was happy. Everything was going smoothly.”
Also defending Davoudlarian is Plato Cacheris, 55, who defended former Attorney General John Mitchell during the Watergate trials.
As the defense began last week, Cacheris told the court, ”What has been shown is that Dr. Davoudlarian is perhaps a bore, is perhaps rude, is a strict father, is insensitive, is an unknowing cuckold many times over, but not that he is a killer.”

$1 Million Award Levied Against Davoudlarian

An Arlington County judge yesterday awarded a Spotsylvania woman $1 million in damages, the maximum allowed under Virginia law, in a medical malpractice suit against Annandale gynecologist David Davoudlarian.
Circuit Court Judge Thomas R. Monroe reduced a jury’s award of $1.5 million to Karlissa B. Krombein, 38, to conform to Virginia’s statutory limit.
Yesterday’s award came seven months after another jury had found that Davoudlarian had been medically negligent, and had awarded Krombein $10,000 in damages. At Krombein’s request, Monroe convened the second jury to reconsider the award.
In the suit, Krombein, a lawyer with the Army Corps of Engineers in Washington, …

Just finished rereading a book I had read many years ago called “Zebra”. About the murders in San Francisco by a sect of Black Muslims. Horrifying. I am amazed how little coverage the crimes still do not get today. So many victims and such brutality by the killers. I have been trying to find out if any of the convicted killers have been paroled. Hope they are all still behind bars.
You can probably google the killers’ names and see if anything pops up. That’s how I found out what happened to a guy who killed a family of 3 when I was in Montana. He helped another inmate kill a fellow inmate and almost a year later they started a riot at the prison where 6 more were killed. He hung himself while on death row and his fellow inmate is still on death row. Betti-WA

Hey Betti, where in Montana were you and who is the killer you referred to? I live in Western Montana myself. Grew up here and was here when Wayne Nance killed several people. As a matter of fact, one of his victims was a friend of my parents. I often wonder if that wasn’t the moment I developed an interest in the the minds of killers.( Like i mentioned before I’m finally getting my degree in Forensic Psychology, so I’m putting that interest to good use!) I just watched a documentary about Ed Kemper, the “gentle giant” (I’m thinking his victims didn’t think of him as such) and was again rattled at the boldness these guys have around law enforcement, and their need for control. It’s just unbelievable. Thanks for letting me post! Nice to be a part of a community that understands my interest. Heather, MT

Hi Heather, it was in Glendive, MT (far eastern part not too far from the ND border). He also beat 2 small boys over the head with his gun when they came upstairs after hearing the gunshots. The killer was only 15 and just out of juvy for other crimes when he got to drinking with his buddies and went on his spree. Betti-WA

I never believed in spell casters, not until last two weeks i saw with my very eyes what Dr okosodo did for me. for the pass two months I and my girlfriend haven’t being in good terms and during that period she was seeing someone else, because of the love i had for her i went in search of solution to have her back no matter the sacrifice. just exactly eight days, i came in contact with this chief priest Dr okosodo, my girlfriend came back to me with some of her friends with apologies that she has really hurt me and right now we are living happily.i am very grateful for what you did for me by bringing back my lost precious jewellery.from the dept of my heart, i say thank you.

Thanks for the welcome backs! It is sooooo good to be home again. I am going to actually work on a quilt today! I am soo excited! It is a baby quilt for Mr. Colorado Rosie’s grandson who is due this December! We are all excited to meet this little guy as he will be the 4th generation boy in my hubby’s family line! Only one boy in each generation and this little guy will keep the line going. Not sure if I will join facebook. I was on a few years ago and had problems with it. I may just hang in here! Got the social security thing going and found out I need to sign up for Medicare A and B. Boy this aging stuff is something else but got it all set in motion. Have a great day! Thanks Nan. I’ll have to think about it. I was on facebook a few years ago and got off of it fast. I really did not like it. I am not all that computer-wise, truth be told. But I will think about it. Well first day of September! How time does fly. My hubby has been working hard here in the den and got alot of his “treasures” unpacked but still has more to go through. he did sell his huge display of Native American arts and crafts to a friend of ours who was thrilled to get it. It is really a nice collection but we do want to downsize on alot of our stuff. I really cleaned out all my sewing stuff before we moved and boy am I glad I did. Had way too much and just went overboard buying fabric and quilting goods. My step-daughters took most of it and I hope they really use it but only time will tell. They are both in their 30’s and one of them said to me “I wish I could be like you and sit home and do nothing”. Let’s see. I cook, I clean, I do washing, I do yard work, I sew when I can. Hmmm…maybe one of these days I will sit around and do nothing. Kids. When I married mr. Colorado Rosie he insisted I quit my job. That was a real luxury for me. I loved my job, I worked as a CNA in anursing home in the alzheimers unit. Very physically and mentally demanding but I loved it. It has been a luxury being a stay at home wife after so many years of working outside the home. But sit around and do nothing? As John Wayne said in the movie “The searchers”, “that’ll be the day”. Happy saturday everyone!!!!!
Wooooo hooooo! Colorado Rosie is back home! Once again we moved ourselves….and the last trip no air conditioner in the car I drove. Picture this…me with the window open, an ice chest with lots of bottled water, a spray bottle to mist myself. It was literally hell driving across California, Nevada, Arizona and half of Utah. By Richfield, Utah it was in the 70’s and felt wonderful…although lots of smoke from fires. But we are home and doggone happy to be here. Looking forward to Ann.s new book! You go girl! No quilting as of yet…still unpacking and finding a home for everything. I am missing a big box of music cds which I fear are in the bottom of the big pile of unpacked boxes in the garage. I did make sure all my boxes of books were brought in and they are all sorted and in the bookcase…ready to reread for the umteenth time! Yee haw! And Monday…I go sign up for social security. Yes kids, I am that old…I mean young. Also sign up for medicare. And I am ready for some football, even though we live in Bronco country! But that’s okay with me.
